Carolline didn’t reply, she didn’t know how to respond to such a shameless text message.
Since it was still early, Carolline got up and went home to freshen up. Emily Hill woke up shortly after, and Carolline helped her prepare breakfast. Carolline cooked for Daisy Willow and Elena Duncan, but as for Cole Duncan, he had a loving mother to care for him, so she didn’t need to worry about him at all.
"Axel and Bryan Cooper must have boarded the plane by now, right?" Emily originally planned to see them off, but both Carolline and Bryan Hawkins didn’t allow her, so she had no choice but to give up.
"Yes, they did," Carolline nodded. "Axel was very excited."
"Of course, he is excited about going on a trip with his dad for the first time." Emily smiled brightly, "I made some porridge, you should have some later. I prepared milk and sandwiches for Elena and her mom. I’ll make Elena a fried egg."
"Alright, Mom, let Elena stay at our house this week. Anyway, I have a night shift every other day. Once these two VIP patients are discharged, I’ll have a long vacation, and we can plan a getaway to escape the heat." Carolline said with a smile. It was a promise from the hospital director, and she felt it was a good arrangement. Because of her and her father’s jobs, her family hadn’t had many trips, so a rare long vacation was something to look forward to.
