It was their own home, an apartment in the City Centre at Bluen Lake Wonderland, which Bryan Hawkins had someone renovate again; both the interior and exterior were entirely revamped. Initially, he had planned to buy a new property, but Carolline Ruiz felt it wasn’t necessary.
Within a week after the couple acquired their marriage certificate, the family moved from the Ruiz Family home to their own place. Carolline only stayed at her parents’ house in special circumstances; otherwise, they spent their time at their City Centre home.
Carolline also learned how to drive; over the years, she had picked up many skills.
Despite this, Bryan Hawkins still insisted on driving both his wife to work and his child to school every day before heading to Hawkins Family.
The days went by quickly, and after having a wife and child, Bryan Hawkins felt his life was full of sweetness. Xavier Estrada would never forget, after returning to work from a week-long holiday, that his boss had completely transformed within just a week.
Although Xavier knew something good must have happened to Bryan Hawkins, as a dutiful subordinate, he never asked about his boss’s personal life or what he had been busy with that week.
However, it was obvious from the dazzling ring on Bryan’s ring finger and his occasional smiles that something must have settled with Carolline Ruiz.
Xavier Estrada was happy for Bryan Hawkins as well.
