At this moment, Carolline Ruiz’s heart was still pounding rapidly.

"What?" Carolline asked blankly, and after seeing Bryan smile and repeat the question, she glared at him angrily, "You shameless jerk!"
Carolline never thought that she would be using such words to describe him in a moment of impulse.
"Hmm, let me show you what being shameless really means." Bryan finished speaking and walked out first, waiting for her at the door, "Let’s go, head nurse Carolline. Your humble servant awaits your instructions."
"What the heck are you trying to do?" Carolline yelled in a low voice. She was at work, and it was absurd for him to follow her around like this.
"Isn’t it necessary to explain to your colleagues? Clear things up?" Bryan smiled as he asked, then walked away without giving her a hard time. He went straight towards the elevator exit and pressed the button for the elevator.
Carolline was confused, but as soon as she saw him leave, she finally breathed a sigh of relief. She straightened her wrinkled clothes, which had been messed up from her earlier struggle, and then went out to carry on with her rounds.
