"When I was detained, I didn’t want to see you again! But you insisted on going to Spring Town to find help! I told you not to bother with me, not to care about me anymore! But you wouldn’t listen! William Griffith muttered the words buried in his heart but still couldn’t find any release.
He gripped her wrist tightly, not wanting to let go, but unable to hold on.
