Chapter 507 - 506: Girls Should Have Self-Awareness
From the western suburban golf course back to the city, it was already past the time to get off work. The car went straight to the Cherry Blossom Garden, taking her home directly. As the car turned around the corner, the neighborhood was not far away. The car stopped by the roadside, and Cherish Turner got out without saying a word. Two people were walking on the road ahead, Daniel Peacock and Elijah Butler. They had gone to the supermarket and bought several bags of food.
Elijah was at ease and leisure because all the bags were thrown onto Daniel.
Seeing the car, they naturally understood that it was William Griffith who sent Cherish back.
With an arch of his eyebrows, Elijah walked towards Cherish, draped her shoulders with a flirtatious smile, "Off work? Then go home and cook! The vegetables are bought, and you can cook. I’ll be your assistant! President Griffith can do the dishes!"
Finally, Daniel reached Elijah’s side, looked at William in the car, and asked, "President Griffith, would you like to join us for dinner?"
William looked back at him and uttered three words in a deep voice, "No need."
The car window slowly rose, and the car drove past them.
William’s gaze looked straight ahead, but involuntarily he glanced at the front mirror just as the car was about to pass the traffic light.
"Cherish, don’t always ride with him in the future, he is not a good man! You can take a bus or a taxi, or call Daniel. He will be happy to take you home!" Elijah said as he walked into the neighborhood with his arm around Cherish.
Daniel was walking behind them, suddenly turned his head, and the car had already gone far away.
Last night at dinner, Daniel told Cherish and Elijah that he had a morning flight to the United Kingdom the next day. Elijah clamored for him to bring them gifts. Daniel agreed with a smile, and they talked happily. Cherish, on the other hand, had no appetite and couldn’t sleep well. What she least expected was that the old master of the Griffith family had sent someone to talk to her.
