Moreover, this drop tends to increase with the rise in Chapter difficulty because the higher the grade of a monster’s Shell, the larger the level difference needs to be for the Apostle to compensate for the power gap.

This also means that after obtaining a new Shell, Apostles need to repeatedly farm monsters to upgrade the Shell’s level in order to continue accumulating strength and advance to the next difficulty level.

The ’Stone of Innate Wisdom’ could inherit the level of an old Shell to a new one, an effect that to other Apostles, is no less than a divine artifact.
