The four lands in the Bliss Heaven each corresponded to different fruit positions, and ’Land of Mortal and Sage Coexistence’ housed some Living Buddhas with great wisdom roots or the Immortal Divine who have attained the fourth-rate fruit position of ’Arhat’.
After that is the ’Land of Convenience Surplus’, corresponding to the third-rate fruit position ’Anagami’—in other words, the Immortal+ level divine.
The ’Land of Constant Silent Light’ where the ’Great Silent Present World Buddha’ expounded the teachings and promoted the Dharma, was the dwelling of the highest-ranking buddhas and Divine, accessible only to those who have earned the first-rate fruit position, ’Sotapanna’, thus qualifying to reside in the Constant Silent Light Pure Land.
