Yang Yi took a piece of leather and wrapped the Broken Iron Sword in it before stuffing it into his greedy stomach pouch.
Unless he faced a large creature, it was better not to use it.
The drawback was its demanding requirement: Strength 9.
If he could boost his base strength by 6 points, it would become much more convenient. After triggering Madness, he’d only be 1 point short, which could be supplemented with a potion.

He planned to use the remaining funds to buy some miscellaneous items and check out bows. If the funds fell short, he could trade some resources to make up the difference.
He checked the world channel but didn’t find anything worthwhile.
Ranged weapons were more in demand than melee ones, with an overall trend of high competition, especially for guns.
He privately messaged several people, only to find that the weapons were already sold.
Finding a suitable bow wasn’t going to be easy.

Unable to find the right ranged weapon, he turned to other necessities, all reasonably priced.
He spent 120 stone to buy a piece of flint, 1,200 Shell Coins for two down jackets, 800 Shell Coins for two woolen hats, and 2,000 Shell Coins for four pairs of long fleece-lined boots.
The reason for buying down jackets instead of just woolen sweaters was the extreme cold.
If sweaters and trousers couldn’t keep him warm, he could layer the down jackets on top — it was worth the extra expense.
After finishing his shopping, it was already late at night.
