Duan Xi, with his arm around Jiaojiao, didn’t respond, but the others waved their hands one after another, "See you tomorrow, see you tomorrow."
Dan Chun didn’t mind; she took her bag and, with a graceful stride, got into the passenger seat of the car.
As the car drove away, someone sighed, "Ah, I can foresee what life’s going to be like."
"Actually, it’s not so bad; she’s just a little cold. After all, she grew up overseas and her habits are different from ours," Sha Qian commented fairly.

Once the valet parked the car in front of them, he took Jiaojiao into the car.

"We’re not going back today," Duan Xi answered, tapping his slender, fair fingers on the steering wheel while giving her a sideways glance, without hiding the emotion in his eyes at that moment.
Jiaojiao was very familiar with the meaning behind those eyes, and her heart skipped a beat.
Inside the car, the atmosphere suddenly seemed to warm, making her face and body hotter.
Compared to this side, the atmosphere in the other car was much more subdued.
Mo Xiaoyu usually wasn’t the sensitive type, but he could clearly feel the awkwardness in the car now. He stopped being talkative and wisely kept quiet.
