"Poppy is done~ Poppy washes hands~"
In a few minutes, Calliope walked out of the washroom, still appearing energetic instead of being sleepy. She held the pink towel close with a bright smile on her small face.
"Drink some water before you sleep," said Calix while taking the towel from Calliope. He hung it back on the rod, "Up you go, buttercup. Papa will get some water for you."
"Okay~ Mama, brush your teeth?" Calliope glanced at Leslie before climbing on the bed.
"Mama will..." Leslie scooted closer to the edge of the couch, intending to reach the wheelchair, "Wait in bed, en, Poppy?"
Calliope nodded. Hugging the toy Mimo close to her, she rolled to the center of the bed. Calix handed her a glass of water, urging her to drink.
"Want me to help?" Calix hurriedly approached Leslie, wanting to offer any physical support if she needed it, "Or, do you want Mrs. Bai here?"
"You... No need to call for Mrs. Bai..."
"Okay."
Calix had helped Leslie to the washroom many times before. Aside from the anti-slip mat and railings installed, he also got another wheelchair for her.
The one used in the washroom was considerably smaller than the bulky wheelchairs Leslie had been using indoors and outdoors. It eased her movements in the washroom a lot.
