As it seemed, he didn’t have much time to get a drink, and instead, Mathieu urged him to come along, so he did.

[Screw you,] Burger replied with a scoff. [Had I not been there, you would’ve acted like a goody two-shoes with that human. Rael rolled his eyes. That’s why I’m thanking you for that. But I’m curious what your combat abilities are. What can you do? Destroy souls?
[Ha? Well, sure. I can destroy souls, create souls, and harvest them if I feel like it. It’s not that complicated for a being as ancient as me,] Burger said confidently. [Aside from that, if I were in my true form, I could destroy worlds with a single breath.]
Though Rael didn’t quite believe him, he gave Burger the benefit of the doubt. In the meantime, he checked his boons from earlier.
