Chapter 323: Quick Work
The rest of Green team didn’t seem too powerful, but Rael could never be too sure.
That one... Rael’s gaze landed on one of the Chosen Heroes. He seems powerful, but what’s his class?
He was the plainer-looking of the two, with the other clearly being some sort of archer.
Before Rael could wonder for long, that archer drew back his bow, and in the next moment, sent a volley of arrows flying Rael’s way.
But that wasn’t all as the people who had been too afraid to approach now had no one blocking their path.
Just like that, the actual battle started.
As the arrows were about to reach them, an ice wall was erected, cleanly blocking them.
Or so Rael thought. But the arrows slipped through the ice as if it didn’t exist, and soon, Rael began to dodge, but a few arrows still managed to pierce him.

They didn’t hurt as much as he expected, since it seemed like the damage of these arrows was capped at 50 per arrow, likely the reason they were able to pierce the ice in the first place.
On the other hand...
"Hehe... so many appetizers~" Maria giggled. "Come then, let me embrace you all."
