"You're very shameless, you know that?" Rael asked. "You're like a mosquito that latches on and doesn't let go."
Karina simply shrugged, not saying a word.

"Theoretically." Rael cleared his throat. "Even if you could be my informant, what do you gain from this? Experience? You do know levels are meaningless if you're shit at what you do."
"I'm not a fighter, Rael," Karina replied. "I teach teens how to play the guitar. I couldn't care less about power... You might not know, but whenever you give out your quests, we get a bit of money too. Trell."
Rael nodded, and she continued. "I wish to start a music company on the outside, but it's very expensive."
"Naturally," Rael said. "You're going to need several million at least. I guess you can't get that much from being a music teacher."
"Not even close." Karina shook her head and narrowed her eyes. "But that quest last time... I got 1 million experience and 100,000 Trell from it. That's enough for me to move out of my trashy apartment and buy better musical gear."
Aha... that makes sense, Rael thought and tilted his head. "So all you want is money then."
"Mhm." Karina nodded. "I feel like me finding that... toy was fate. And if I follow you, I believe I can achieve my dream."
"Hmm..." Rael fell into thought.
