Shen Chuntao despised his poor son-in-law, but lately, Han Ce had been helpful so he considered things for ten seconds. He had long wanted to deal with Alix but failed to find an opportunity. Right now, Alix was vulnerable, it was the best time to attack. If they could get rid of her, his position as bureau president would be sure. The election was three days away, he would not even need to campaign, they would just the presidency over obediently.
"Let’s make it bigger." he gestured at Han Ce to lean down and whispered to him.
"Grab or grave?" Han Ce asked.
"Both, preferably." Shen Chuntao answered.
He pushed his glasses up, righting them with two fingers. With the instructions given, he went back to acting like an aggrieved son, pained by the death of his father.
Han nodded, what his father-in-law wanted was Alix to be kidnapped, tortured and buried. Obviously, the children in her stomach would have to follow her to the afterlife.
As soon as Han Ce walked away, Shen Chuntao gestured at his assistant Wan Mukai to come over.
"Tie evidence to him if things go side ways." he ordered.
The assistant left the temple and directly went to Han Ce, telling him what Shen Chuntao had instructed him to do.
"What do you plan to do?"
Han Ce laughed, "I would never touch the real Tai Alix, but the one being taken away in that heavily guarded car is not real."
