Tryson strode through the dimly lit room, his steps firm and unwavering, his mind clouded with a storm of emotions.
Determination burned in his eyes as he focused on one goal—finding Angel.
Yet, beneath that determination, a simmering rage bubbled, threatening to spill over as thoughts of his father’s betrayal gnawed at his consciousness.
Reaching for his phone with an urgent grip, he was just about to dial when a sudden wave of dizziness swept over him.
His vision blurred momentarily, and he instinctively pressed a hand to his temple, inhaling sharply. He clenched his jaw, willing himself to shake off the strange sensation.
This was not the time to falter.
With renewed focus, he steadied himself and pressed the call button, raising the phone to his ear. The line barely rang twice before a familiar voice answered on the other end.
"Yes, sir," Kelvin’s voice came through, crisp and alert, as if he had been expecting the call.
"Kelvin, any updates?" Tryson’s voice was clipped, straight to the point.
"Sir, Luca is in recovery at the moment," Kelvin reported. "And our men were able to uncover something crucial. Two men took Miss Angel. She was transported in a trolley."
Tryson’s grip on the phone tightened instinctively, his knuckles turning white as his expression darkened. The air around him seemed to shift, charged with an intensity that was impossible to ignore.
