"There was no one here but my assistant!" Peixuan Ruxi waved her claims away, laughing and focusing on his phone.
"Really? Your assistant?" Qin Zhuzhu eyed him suspiciously, trying to see behind his mask. It was hard to tell what Peixuan Ruxi was really up to. It seemed like he was always happy and carefree without a single worry in the world.
"Of course! Do you want to meet my assistant for proof?" Peixuan Ruxi offered. Once she was suspicious, she will have doubts and won’t stop at nothing until she’s satisfied.

"Sure. I would like to thank your assistant for his help. That man was very helpful and friendly," Qin Zhuzhu poured herself some tea.
The hot steam from the tea rose up to touch her lips slightly pale lips, causing some colour to return. Under the light, Qin Zhuzhu looked particularly tempting and tantalizing.
