Chapter 138: The masked man
Peixuan Ruxi pinched Lu Xiaochi’s chin and forced him to look into his eyes. Lu Xiaochi’s expressive eyes scanned his master’s face, trying to figure out what his crazy master was up to.
"Xiaochi, you may be the CEO of Lu Corporation, but you’re not worth anything in their eyes. At least, you’re worth something in mine. So don’t try anything funny. Keep that mouth of yours shut, or I’ll eat you. Got it?" he threatened, smirking evilly.
Because Peixuan Ruxi was pinching his chin harder and harder, tears welled up in Lu Xiaochi’s eyes. He swallowed and could only nod slightly.
"Good. Be a good boy, and Papa Wolf won’t eat you for dinner," Peixuan Ruxi said, patting his cheek with a menacing smile before walking away.
Lu Xiaochi gasped for air once Peixuan Ruxi was gone. He hadn’t dared to breathe while being threatened. He leaned against the wall, catching his breath.
Although he didn’t know why Peixuan Ruxi kept him by his side, Lu Xiaochi knew he had to run as far as possible from him if he valued his life.
Peixuan Ruxi was a psychopath.

Peixuan Ruxi welcomed Qin Zhuzhu home as she stepped through the door.
"How did all my stuff end up here?" she asked, surprised to see her luggage and clothes lined up in the hall.
"I helped you move in," Peixuan Ruxi called from upstairs.
