He stood there motionless, watching Dong Xin Yan holding onto a man called Ziyang, as they laughed and talked together, walking away, with Dong Xin Yan’s bell-like laughter still audible from afar.
An unknown rage filled his heart; he thought about how this past year, he had lived in such darkness and depression due to his blindness, while Dong Xin Yan seemed to be living so comfortably and happily.
She had become prettier, more energetic, could even do makeup, wear skirts, and had... found a boyfriend.
