I Slay Gods and Demons in the Deceit Night

Night had fallen, and both stars and moon shone brightly.

Over a hundred miles outside High Willow City.

Outside a small Pure Land.

A figure was seen bowing in the darkness, removing a porcelain jar from his possession.

He then stepped forward, walking into the center of the Pure Land.

The bonfire inside illuminated the surroundings.

Twenty paces away, as if in a trance, it seemed as if a willow tree rooted itself in the midst of the Pure Land.

With a snap!

In the bonfire, the firewood burned and sparks flew, as if awakening everything around.

The scene ahead suddenly transformed.

Upon closer inspection, the willow tree was gone, only to reveal an old man, dressed simply, sitting cross-legged.
