She actually ended up in the same dormitory as Wen Shiyi!
Originally, Wen Shiyi’s "female protagonist halo" had a big enough impact on her, and now sharing a roof with her, it was even worse.
She didn’t know if there would be seating arrangements tomorrow, and if she ended up being paired with Wen Shiyi, it could really be the end for her.
The four girls in the dormitory were very quiet; Wen Shiyi and the other two were studying.

Qingran’s bed was on the far right; there was a curtain that could divide the four beds, and since no one was using the bathroom now, she took a towel and pajamas from her bag and went in.
As the sound of water came from the bathroom, the two girls sitting beside Wen Shiyi exchanged glances.
The girl with rimless glasses pushed up her glasses and whispered, "Being second in our grade really is special; we study ourselves to death while she doesn’t even need to revise. I’m so envious."
Sitting opposite her was Yang Xuetin from Class 2. Yang Xuetin had just had her phone smashed by the homeroom teacher in front of the whole class. She didn’t reflect on how the incident was her own fault but instead harbored resentment towards Qingran.
Upon hearing this, Yang Xuetin sneered coldly, "Who lets us not have such good luck to be seated beside the top student of the grade."
