Chapter 673: Don’t Take Him Away
"Head Administrator, who is this?"
"Wait, he looks kinda familiar. It seems like I have seen him somewhere before..."
"Scram! Don’t crowd around me!" The head administrator was akin to a living dragon breathing fire whose territory had just been encroached. He held the squirming Zeke tighter to himself whilst keeping his back to the icy wall so he could have a full view of the people in front of him. He still had no idea who was the traitor among them, and he had promised Lu Yizhou to keep this person safe, so he could not be careless!
He swept a fierce glare over everyone and snarled, "Go! Go a bit further away!"
Dr. Xiao cooperated with him seamlessly and blocked the curious researchers who craned their necks, wanting to see what kind of person the head administrator was carrying in his arms. "Guys, listen to him. That is Dr. Feng’s special guest, he is unwell so let’s give him a little space to breathe, okay?" The woman’s voice was gentle, calm and patient, making the others a tad embarrassed for forcing their way forward.
Dr. Feng heaved a sigh of relief seeing that people had started to retreat. However, he almost lost his balance again when Zeke suddenly made a large twist.
"Ancestor, my dear ancestor," he hurried to say whilst clutching Zeke tighter to him. He was not like Lu Yizhou who could carry people without even breaking a sweat. Carrying Zeke’s weight was enough to make his arms feel like they were not his own anymore. "Don’t move around, okay? You acting like this will only spell trouble for both of us. Do you want to get injured? What will I say if Lu Yizhou returns and sees that your precious body is scratched?"
Zeke’s expression was still blank and dull. Yet as if the three words ’Lu Yizhou’ were a switch within him, he immediately calmed down and ceased his struggle.
Alas, just as Dr. Feng was going to breathe a sigh of relief, someone suddenly cried out, "Oh no! Look, he is surrounded!"
