Chapter 668: Peaceful Routine
After Dr. Feng heard the full version of how Cyrus had always appeared together with Luan as if they were conjoined twins, he sank into deep contemplation and decided to shut himself off in the office.
Regarding Bianca, the head administrator had promised to build a robot body for her. As for what form she would take — Bianca said that she needed more time to consider. It would be the form she would use to stay by her Daddy and Mommy’s side. Of course, she could not be careless!
Lu Yizhou could not help thinking about this strange event as he made his way back to Zeke’s medical room. In his impression, Luan had always been a very quiet and taciturn guy. From the start, he had stayed by Cyrus’ side, silently supporting and taking care of him. However, if he was not a virtual character created by Dr. Feng, then what was he and where did he come from?
Well, no matter who had sent Luan to their side, Lu Yizhou could not sense any malicious intent from him and so, he did not dwell too much on this matter.
Dr. Xiao was still on standby in the medical room once Lu Yizhou got there. "Hey, young man," she greeted with a big smile on her face. "Have you had the talk with your system yet?"
Lu Yizhou shook his head. "Not yet." He thought he would be able to talk to 666 after meeting Bianca, but then Dr. Feng suddenly looked unwell when he heard of Luan’s existence for the first time. As such, Lu Yizhou tactfully excused himself and reckoned that he would return again another day. No matter what, he was already a part of this research institute. He could take his time slowly.
He shifted his gaze to the slumbering man. "How is he today?"
"Just like usual." Dr. Xiao glanced at the hologram screen in front of her and squinted her eyes. "No, it’s even better than usual. I have said it before, but let me say it again. Thanks to you, he has been recovering very well. At this rate, maybe he will open his eyes before this month ends!"
Lu Yizhou simply nodded. He had no qualms about it. If Zeke were in a coma for one more year, then he would wait here for one year. As simple as that.
