Chapter 609 - 10.4 Have a Problem?
As Lu Yizhou was mulling over these questions, the bus passed through a magnificent steel gate akin to a fortress and came to a stop.
From his position, Lu Yizhou could see a four-story building dominated with gray and black. The atmosphere around the building was very bleak and the architecture made it seem like it was a set of coffins stacked together. However, he knew that those four stories were only for administrative purposes whereas the real prison was built deep underground.
Sturdy and fierce-looking guards with guns could be seen patrolling all over the place. The watchtower was equipped with searchlights and 24/7 monitoring. Even though the distance from the gate to the building was only less than five hundred meters away, there were a few sets of metal fences with electricity that they had to bypass. It could be seen how high-maintenanced the prison was. No wonder the government was not willing to give it up despite the brutal accident that had happened here.
"Keep it up!"
"Walk faster, dimwits! Nobody will wipe your asses here!"
"Go, go, go!"
Lu Yizhou lined up behind Percy as the young master staggered a few times from being shoved by a baton. Unable to bear it any longer, he turned back and glared at the perpetrator with furious green eyes.
"What are you looking at?!" The guard barked out even more ferociously. "Do you want me to dig your eyes out, pretty boy?!" His stature was clearly twice as superior than Percy, not to mention that there was an imposing gun strapped to his waist. There was no chance of winning and thus, Percy could only swallow down his grievance and tried to keep up with the person in front of him.
Satisfied, the guard turned to the person behind Percy — Lu Yizhou — and hit him with the same baton. "What are you waiting for? Do you want me to carry you inside?!"
