Lu Yizhou had woken up feeling the most peaceful he had been for months. His body was light and pleasant save for a few injuries that had already scabbed over, and there was a warm, naked body sprawled atop of him. For a while, he felt like he could forget everything; who he was, what he was doing here, the problems that awaited him. Simply laying on the bed and basking on his lover’s presence sounded like everything he could have asked for. But then, 666 just had to choose that exact moment to burst his bubble.

I will return to you soon." Then he bent down to drop a kiss on his lips.
Lu Yizhou dressed himself, cleaned the messy evidence of their fervent coitus and hesitated for a while before he decided to take the dragon egg and other things from Heimo’s qiankun pouch. There was no need for Heimo to burden himself with the demon as long as there was Lu Yizhou who was willing to do it in his stead. But first thing first, he had to get rid of Sect Leader Ling.
