Chapter 15:Traveling [3]
"Alright, then."
Nodding my head, I turned back around and headed towards the bulletin board, making my way through the crowd to get a good view.
Although the town's population was relatively small, the bulletin board seemed to be packed with requests, as some posters couldn't even fit on the board and were hanging off.
The area around this town had to be safe, as people constantly traveled from it to the other two popular cities, so it also made some sense.
Examining the board, I quickly found a couple of E-rank requests with rewards of one silver coin; however, all of them were clearly time-consuming and dirty quests that no one else wanted to do.
After a minute, I finally found a monster E-rank quest, so I immediately grabbed it off the wall and headed back to the receptionist's desk.
Seemingly waiting for me, the receptionist, with a nametag that I could now read as "Liana," tapped her foot up and down as I approached.
Snatching the paper out of my hands, Liana stared at my paper with an infuriated expression for some reason.
As she began reading the paper, her face immediately transformed as she looked up and said.
"Oh, I thought you would be one of those people who can't take "no" as an answer and try a C-rank quest."
Scratching the top of my hood as if I were scratching my hair, I smiled before asking.
