Tang San’s Twin Sister

Chapter 181

They all hissed for a mutlitude of reasons at Bibi Dong's words. Eyes moving to Xiao Wu and those who knew who the other person mentioned was to Tang Yin.

"S.." Xiao Wu wanted to say something when Tang San put his hand on her shoulder to calm her.

"Don't worry... it's...nothing I didn't know." She stared at him, her eyes wide open.

"S-San." Xiao Wu stuttered.

"We stand as one." Dai Mubai told her, his voice rough. The others standing firmly next to him as Xiao Wu felt her eyes widen.

"But the prizes...the..."

"What matters a few spirit bones or a victory?" Ning Rong Rong said. "In comparison to a friend."

Next to her, Ning Feng nodded firmly, showing her agreement with Rong Rong, before her always firm gaze moved to Bibi Dong with freezing coldness.

Flender suddenly smiled, locking gaze with Liu Erlong and the Grandmaster, before briefly brushing past the other side, where Hen Xi and Tang Yin were standing. Then the golden Iron Triangle raised her hands in synchrony. Energy vibrating between them like a living being as golden threads and lines formed between them, creating a triangle.

"We might be a little old, but not dead", Flender said, his voice confident as he turned to Bibi Dong, almost daring her. No, not nearly, it was a dare, dare come, dare fight us. "Zhao Wuji will handle Shrek well enough."

Flender loved his money, but he did not love it enough to betray his beliefs. The same beliefs he knew would now drive him. He hadn't made his choices because he was afraid of the consequences in life.

"Your holiness." The Ghost douluo, thin and bony, said to the increasingly grimmer supreme pontiff, whose eyes were firmly on The Grandmaster. Then she ordered.

"Catch them both; anyone who resists, kill them."

The two douluo behind her moved, their gazes cold, the golden Iron Triangle in opposition. Tang Yin wanted to rush forward, to fight, to be with them, but a firm arm around her waist kept her where she was, like a vice. She wanted to scream and trash, but she didn't; she merely silently resisted.

A green snake rose from behind, an unfamiliar face. Still, it was suddenly fighting alongside the golden Iron Triangle, her teachers, and the members of Shrek, unlike her. She was one of them, damn it.

"Let me go!" She screamed.

"No." Chen Xin refuted. "This is no fight for you. No matter how strong."

And indeed, against the vice grip of the sword douluo, she was helpless. In the end, nothing but a dead weight to him, no matter how great her power was already for her young age, no matter her monstrous spirit energy and her shocking level for her age that shocked most.

Bibi Dong snorted. An enormous image rose behind her, nine Rings fluttering around her, one in gleaming crimson color.

The spirit power oozing off from her is suppressing everything around.

The crimson of her ninth ring humbled every spirit master's presence. For all of them recognized what it meant to hold a spirit ring like this. The only one remaining unaffected by the sight was Tang Yin, who continued resisting the grip of Chen Xin. She had two of those red rings she called her own. Not realizing just what exactly it meant to the others.

Then the air trembled, a vortex of clouds formed, and Bibi Dongs and the spirit halls' gazes went upwards. Their gaze firmly on the sky as a deep voice rumbled.

"Small imps, you dare to harm my children!" It thundered, and it was almost like the sky exploded. Each person present feels shudders run down her spine.

Holding Xiao Wu, Tang San turned upward, and Tang Yin stopped resisting Chen Xin; they both equally stared at the sky. While the expression on Bibi Dong's face grew heavy, she released her pressure towards the sky, piercing it.

A black silhouette floated midair. Calmly, as if it had been there the entire time. A middle-aged man, his brown hair ratty, his clothes ragged, almost like a beggar. His gaze was firm, and to those who knew the Tang Twins, it was something they looked at every time they encountered the two children.

Burning with an energy one could not quite define.

Both siblings stared. "D-Dad..." Tang San muttered, Yin remaining silent as she always did.

Out of nowhere, he stood right in the sky. Their father, as if there was nothing wrong, as if nothing had changed. Their father, Tang Hao. He did not appear much older, his skin the same bronze tone they remembered, his appearance still as sloppy, but now there was this touch, and the energy floating around his tall figure.

The one that could only belong to a spirit master, a title douluo. In his hand was a black hammer.

"Tang Hao." Bibi Dong said her voice was grim.

"If you wish to avenge your teacher, be my guest, Bibi Dong." He said, and his gaze wandered to Tang Yin, remaining for a second on Chen Xin behind her. Once again, the sky trembled, and everyone's gazes were drawn to it.

Shadows dancing through it.

"Although. I think I am not the only one here who can fight you." A weak smile on his face. "You might want to call a few people for support."

Horses and soldiers arrived, but as soon as they drew even closer, the horses reared and refused to cooperate, some of them running as chaos erupted. An ear-shattering roar thundered through the sky.

One after another spirit rose from below Tang Hao. There was no hurry as each ring materialized slowly. Enormous pressure coming from him as the last ring gleamed in the same crimson as Bibi Dongs. Thɪs chapter is updated by 𝗇𝗈𝗏𝖾𝗅•𝖿𝗂𝗋𝖾•𝗇𝖾𝗍

Behind him, the cloudy sky was ripped apart as a pair of giant steely grey eyes stared down at them, the sky filled with a massive shadowy figure coiling between the clouds.

Tang Yin's eyes were firmly on it as she felt her heart stutter.
