On a bus, Mina, visibly enthusiastic, knelt on her seat to look at Momo sitting behind her with Kai. While Kai was completely focused on typing on a laptop on his legs, Momo smiled calmly and replied.

“I have no idea; the Pussycats kept it a secret, so it'll be a surprise for me too.”

“Then why did we stop here?”

Tsuyu whispered with a finger on her chin, at which point Mina, who had already recognized the pattern since Kai used to do things like this, started walking toward the bus and commented in a nervous voice.

“Will we have to fight beasts to reach the camp?”

“Most likely…” Ojiro added as he sprang up with his tail. Toru talked while shaking off her skirt.

“And we don't even have our hero costumes.”

“There's no point in complaining; we can only move forward.” Kirishima added in a firm and determined tone, at which point a terrifying quadrupedal monster that seemed straight out of hell emerged from the forest.

““It's a monster!!””

Several screamed in unison upon seeing the monster, at which point Salem landed agilely on the ground with Kai on his back, who turned to look at Momo and commented in a calm voice.

“I'll go ahead. I'll wait for you at the camp.”

“Alright, see you later.” Momo nodded with a smile, to which Kai nodded back before Salem shot forward at a terrifying speed, leaving behind the beast that lunged at the students.

“Beast, calm down!”

At that moment, a young man with a broad, muscular build and a head that resembled a pointed rock exclaimed in a high-pitched voice as he ran toward the beast. But ignoring the young man's words, the beast raised its black, metallic-looking claws and attacked with tremendous speed.

Completely in shock, the young man stood paralyzed in place, but just before the claw touched him, a figure caught him and pulled him out of danger. He managed to land safely a few meters away at the same time the claw struck the ground. As the ground shook violently and a curtain of dust rose, Midoriya spoke in a serious voice, looking at the classmate in his arms.

“I've seen these beasts before—they're creations of Pixie-Bob's Quirk. Your Quirk that subdues animals won't work on them.”

At the same time, Iida launched himself at the beast with the engine in his legs at full power, then unleashed a kick with all his might. But to his surprise, Iida felt like he was hitting a block of metal, and as his leg seemed on the verge of breaking, he bounced backward. Simultaneously, a raspy shout rang out.

“Die!!!”

Bakugo, who arrived in front of the beast with an explosion, unleashed a powerful blast at the beast, which was sent several meters backward. But to everyone's surprise, although the beast had some damage from the explosion, it only revealed metallic reflections across its surface and its incredible hardness.

Right then, Mina came skating to the beast's side and unleashed a pressurized stream of acid on its legs, corroding them instantly and making it collapse to the ground. While everyone watched the beast in horror, more began to appear from the forest, putting expressions of despair on several of those present. But just at that instant, two powerful repulsor beams struck the beast squarely in the chest and the still-recovering head, leaving two enormous holes and causing it to fall to the ground and disintegrate.

Looking toward the source of the beams, the group could see an impressive red and gold armor flying in the air, at which point Momo's slightly distorted voice resonated throughout the area.

“Everyone, we're fighting metallic earth beasts, so you can unleash your powers without holding back. Make sure to destroy their heads or chests, or they'll use the surrounding earth to regenerate!”

Under the surprised gazes of the others, each of those who belonged to Momo's training group replied in unison and soon moved with confidence and agility into the forest, being led to intercept the new beasts. Meanwhile, Momo looked at the other classmates who weren't in the training group and commented in a serious tone.

“I'm not familiar with your combat styles, so let's advance together. Let's take this opportunity to understand each other better. Although the beasts are strong, if we move together, we can defeat them!”

“Class representative, I hope there's still a spot for us to train with you.”

“Of course! I'll help you in any way I can! But for now, let's move forward—this camp is very important for all of us.” Momo commented in a firm voice, feeling secretly proud. The others nodded seriously and soon followed the striking armor as it ventured into the forest.

While advancing through the forest at high speed, Kai typed on his computer with a calm expression. But suddenly, his eyes sharpened, and he looked ahead, where shortly after, an enormous mountain formed, taking the shape of a colossal dark metallic monstrous dinosaur-like creature, which roared into the air, making it vibrate terrifyingly before lunging at him.

Salem quickly roared back at the enormous dinosaur as electric bolts began to flash across his body, but just before he launched himself at the monster, he felt a shift above him. Kai looked up at the sky, from which two humanoid figures were falling—one tall and muscular, the other slender and agile—and a cheerful giggle echoed through the air.

“Hehe, we're coming for you, Kai-chan!”

“Iron Recoil!!”

Along with Tomoko's announcement, Chatora retracted his stretched arm to launch an attack with all his might at Kai, creating a brutal shockwave that ended in a tornado. For his part, Kai closed his laptop and jumped off Salem, dodging Chatora's blow and then beginning to move with agility, evading directed shockwaves from Tomoko, who moved so fast she was invisible.

While Kai executed exquisite footwork and used minimal movements to dodge by mere millimeters the shockwaves that destroyed trees all around, Salem shot forward at a terrifying speed. He struck head-on the dinosaur that had raised its claws to attack them and sent it back dozens of meters.

“Salem.”

At that instant, Kai called out in a calm voice as he ducked to dodge a devastating blow from Chatora that blew away a large portion of the forest behind him. Leaving only an electric trail as proof of his movement, Salem arrived at Kai's side. With a fluid movement, Kai took a sword emerging from Salem's fur and commented with a small smile as the white cat on his shoulder watched everything with gleaming eyes.

“I guess I'll play a little.”
