Lin Junyang blocked her path again, "Did Second Sister-in-law know you sent her away? She’s Second Sister-in-law’s best friend, and they came to the Imperial City together. She ought to return to Nan’an with Second Sister-in-law. How could you decide on your own?"
Lin Ruonan, a bit impatient at being stopped again, frowned slightly, "When did you become so fussy? Later we’re going to Brother’s Blue Sea and Sky. Second Brother and Second Sister-in-law will be there too, so you can tell her then. By the way, are you coming with us or going back to your Guard Team?"
Lin Junyang ignored her, pulled out his phone to check the next flight to Nan’an. Lin Ruonan glimpsed his screen out of the corner of her eye, feeling amused inside but keeping a casual expression, "There’s only one flight a day from the Imperial City to Nan’an, and it’s in the morning. Since you can’t leave tonight, come with us to Blue Sea and Sky."
She had her doubts, wondering if her silly brother would, in a fit of urgency, drive straight to Nan’an, which wouldn’t be any fun.
"That’s the only option," Lin Junyang sighed, put his phone back in his pocket, then suddenly widened his eyes, his neck stiffening, "Who said I’m going to Nan’an? I was just checking when there’d be a flight back to Nan’an on the 7th. I’m Second Brother’s deputy now; I need to arrange Second Sister-in-law’s flight in advance."
Lin Ruonan didn’t expose him, arm in arm with Gu Haoyu, not even giving him a glance, "Brother, let’s hurry and go, I’m starving."
