Flipping the button I closed the partition between us and Olphi.
I could see how tired she was so I offered to massage her feet.
Why?
Because I didn’t want to see her tired or in pain.
I had never messaged anyone’s feet but my Ma and Grandma’s. The two most important women in my life but now Arata was making a place of her own.
She gave me a scandalised look as if what I had offered was a crime.
"At the end of the day, you are still my boss. I can’t have you do that."
Seriously??? After we had even slept together, that’s where she was drawing the line.
"Relax, it’s just a massage. Remember, I am also your pretending boyfriend and that’s what boyfriends do. Come now, let’s see those legs," I demanded, pointing towards them.
"Are you sure?" She reluctantly asked again but I could see she was tempted with the offer.
