His eye twitched violently as he stared after the shadowy figure slipping away with his Dominion Key; the key he had risked life and limb, sting and sweat, genius and grit to get!

No, Tierra and Lilith were also completely losing it.
Both girls had their hands clenched into fists so tight their knuckles turned white, their faces locked into matching expressions of pure outrage.
Lilith’s scythe sparked dangerously with wild, crackling lightning, while Tierra’s body seemed to shimmer, space itself bending and groaning around her.
"That BITCH!" Lilith roared, practically vibrating with anger. "She thinks she can just waltz in, steal the reward of our hard work, and leave like it’s some casual shopping trip?!"
"I’m going to peel her like a banana," Tierra snarled, her usually calm voice dripping with venom.
They didn’t even have to talk about it. With perfect understanding, Tierra instantly melded into the surrounding space, her body vanishing with a soft pop like a bubble bursting.
In the next heartbeat, she reappeared hundreds of meters ahead—right in front of the shadow crawling along the wall.
The shadow flickered, clearly surprised that someone could actually intercept it so quickly, and then the girl’s teasing, melodious voice rang out once again.
