Chapter 124: Reaching the highest rank with several level-ups
After cleaning up the rest of the dark beasts, Alex returned with Clint and William. While the Union began with cleaning up the underground base of the Dark Union, Alex returned home first. There was nothing left for him to do since he had dealt with the most troublesome part for the Union, William informed him that they would report this matter to the Union Core Centre and arrange a reward for Alex to show their gratitude.
Alex didn’t refuse the idea of getting a reward since it meant more money for him, who didn’t want more money?
Reaching the outskirts, Alex used Void Walk to enter his home and appeared inside his room. He returned his robe and mask to the system before entering his bed.
His arrival didn’t alert his family as they were all sleeping soundly. The event that happened that night didn’t disturb the outskirts, so everyone here was still ignorant of what had happened; this included Alex’s family.
