Chapter 1
"How it looks?" Lily Monroe's face was all sweaty, her lips pouting a bit as she looked at me with those sparkling eyes and fluttering lashes.
"Not bad," I said, trying to sound casual. She'd been really into ballet lately, even though pop dance used to be her thing. I wasn't exactly a ballet aficionado, but she seemed to be getting pretty good.
Honestly, I wasn't really focused on her dance moves. Those white tights made her long legs look incredible, and the combination of her slim waist and those killer hips...Wow! The pink camisole showed just enough cleavage, and when she bent over, the sweat rolling down her cleavage was way more captivating than any sexy dance move.
Look, I was not a creep, and I had seen ballet before without getting all hot and bothered. But this was different; her close-up dance, her hot body, and those skimpy clothes made it impossible not to fantasize. Lost in my thoughts, she spoke again, hands on her waist, lips even redder from the workout. " Just 'not bad?" Normally, she's all quiet and elegant, but she gets playful and flirty around me, which I love.
I got up from the cool wooden floor, adjusting my pants that had gotten a bit tight. "Didn't I tell you 'not bad' is my code for 'drop-dead gorgeous? Come on, babe."
"Yeah, yeah, you always have an excuse."
She ignored me, grabbed the towel I handed her, and wiped the sweat from her forehead.
I glanced out the window; it was a sunny Sunday afternoon, and the campus was pretty empty. A little thrill shot through me. Studying here was the best, not just for the beautiful scenery, but for the peace too. Five years in the States, and while the West Coast was a material paradise, the greenery out here had its own kind of magic, just like our Celestial University. It was a blessing to study here, and meeting Lily at Emerald City University was even better.
"Lily, your dance was amazing, it totally mesmerized me." I walked over and wrapped my arms around her waist, watching her playfully push me away. Seeing her lovely face up close made me lose control, and I kissed her right on the lips.
