Chapter 219: Giving Warmth
"Don’t crowd here, let’s go to the fifteenth floor." Grandpa Chu said.
After finding out about Chu Miao and Ye Xuan’s mission, he had Chu Hao call the other new members of the team to clean up a place for the new members to stay.
Luckily, those moving from the lower floors seemed to be afraid of being near their family and hadn’t occupied the empty fifteenth floor. So, he had it tidied up.
However, looking at the huge number of people standing in the corridor, he wondered whether those two apartments would be enough.
If he wasn’t mistaken, each apartment only had three bedrooms, which were smaller than the ones in their own apartment.
However, they would have to do for now. Once the rain subsided, the news about a safe zone would be announced and he was sure that some people would vacate their houses.
All of them followed the stairs to the fifteenth floor and entered one of the apartments.
Even though these apartments were spacious, with over a hundred people standing inside, it looked more like a packed crusade.
They all had to stand at attention, first out of respect for the general, and second, because they didn’t want to dirty and ruin the furniture in the house.
Grandpa Chu sat down followed by Chu Miao, Ye Xuan, and Chu Hao. Then the other members they had taken in the day before followed suit and sat in the remaining seats.
"Welcome to the team soldiers." Grandpa Chu said as he finally looked at them well.
