Chapter 191: Chu Hao Showing Off
"We’ll divide the supplies once we get back home. You can choose what you need the most or we can divide all of them equally then you can exchange with someone else what you need." Chu Miao suggested when she saw the new members looking like they had seen a ghost.
She understood them. Even though she grew up with the knowledge of space bags and space rings, it still amazed her when she was a kid.
Therefore, she couldn’t judge them for being bumpkins. They just nodded without saying much.
Actually, as long as they got some food that could sustain their lives, they weren’t choosy. After all, they had nothing to begin with and it was only with the help of Chu Miao and the others that they managed to get some supplies.
They were actually surprised to hear Chu Miao say that they would divide the supplies equally. She had expected them to take the larger share. Not expecting such fairness, especially in the apocalypse where it was the rule of ’every man for himself and the devil for us all’.
When the group walked back into the shop, they headed to the kitchen. They thought that there might be some other supplies there as well.
The kitchen was a mess with fallen bowls and broken plates. It looked like some people had left in a hurry when disaster struck, causing some chaos.
But this didn’t matter as they searched the cabinets and took any loose supplies inside. The gas cylinders in the kitchen were also disconnected from the ovens and taken too.
"Do any of you need a gas stove?" Chu Miao asked because she didn’t want them to carry bulky things that would never be used.
