Chapter 34: Rescuing Survivors
Upon opening the door, they were hit by cold air that seemed to tell them that they had found the cold storage.
Inside, the room was about fifty square meters and was filled with all kinds of meat. There were livestock, seafood, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and even pigeons.
They collected everything and moved to another door next to the one leading to the cold storage room. When they opened it they found it was a store room with many food stuff.
There were at least thirty bags of rice, twenty bags of dry noodles, fifteen gallons of oil, dozens of one-kilogram packets of condiments, bottles of soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and other seasonings. There were also several dozens of boxes of bottled water.
Everything in the store went into their space rings. After taking everything there, they went to the next restaurant and repeated the same operation. In half an hour they had cleared the third floor, then headed to the fourth floor.
Just like before, they used the stairs and cleared the zombies on the entire floor. The fourth floor housed a theater and didn’t have many things they could take. However, Chu Miao wanted the popcorn machine. So, she put it in her space.
She spread her spiritual sense to investigate the floor, the same thing she had done on the other floors before leaving. She had found nothing on the lower floors, but she discovered something here.
"There are people on this floor."
"Survivors?" Chu Hao asked.
