Denzel blinked in confusion when his fellow assistants, except for Nadia and Odette, glanced at him.
[Why are they looking at me? I debated with Narcissa a lot, but I did not inform Her Majesty about my observations since I had no concrete proof. And I know Her Majesty is very busy.]
"I believe you have a clue about what I’m talking about. Narcissa did more than make Ivan, Nadia, and Odette eat separately so I had no choice but to punish her. If you have no clue about what else she did, do not dig further, and do not inform anyone about this either. I may take further actions after a month but for now, I want this issue to remain in this office, so please cooperate."
"Yes, Your Majesty."
"Is this alright for you two?" Arabella asked Nadia and Odette.
"Yes, Your Majesty. Our deepest gratitude for your immediate action," the two bowed.
"I believe you may eat in the same dining hall again."
"Yes, Your Majesty. Thank you."
Arabella then addressed all her assistants once again.
"I wanted everyone to work together so I hope all of you can maintain a good working relationship despite competition between your families and among yourselves.
"Narcissa may have made a mistake but she’s still my assistant so please don’t make any unnecessary rumors about her. Please do not ostracize her either when she returns. Let us give her a chance to correct her mistakes and grow to be more mature and productive."
