Chapter 443: Betrothed to an Elf
Ferdinand also used magic and helped restore the flowers.
His human form looked a bit older compared to when he was with Ara and his hair had grown to his shoulders too.
’This haircut suits him too,’ Arabella thought. Even the short hair he had when he was with Ara suited him as well.
She looked around and realized that Ferdinand landed on a part of the flower field that was filled with amber-colored flowers.
It made her frown since she recalled Ferdinand thinking that her eyes reminded him of the flower fields of the elves.
’Was this the same flower fields that he wanted to show me?’ She was not that excited about it anymore after seeing him meet an elf that looked like her there.
"Why did you land here? This is the elf’s territory. Please leave if you have no business here," the elf daringly drove him off. She seemed to dislike Ferdinand at first sight.
"I just thought you looked like someone I had met before," Ferdinand gazed at her face and the elf’s brows furrowed further.
’Oh my. Is he recalling Ara or Ellie?’
"I nor my parents had never gotten entangled with dragons before. The others would be alerted by your presence here. Please leave," the elf drove him away again.
"Alright. Sorry for disturbing you," Ferdinand apologized and leaped into the air. He changed form and flew away with another complaint from the elf saying he ruined the flowers again. He glanced down and the flower petals were scattered everywhere due to the force of his wings.
