Chapter 300: Marking
"I don’t hate you at all. You are important to me now. That’s why I want you to think about all the possibilities. I don’t want you to regret this decision in the future. I want you to decide again while thinking about all those possibilities," Arabella cupped his face.
Ferdinand sighed in relief when he realized it wasn’t because she disliked or hated him.
[If I’m important to her now, can I assume she’s beginning to love me too? Then, I will continue to do my best and make her fall for me even more so that even if she changes, she would still love me and won’t be able to kill me even if she tried.]
’He’s so full of himself already. Geez. Fine, since you are so lovable, I’ll let you off.’
She was rather relieved that he wouldn’t just wait for her to kill him and was already planning what to do to stop her instead.
"Arabella, I don’t care what kind of person you become in the future. I will accept all your changes and still make you mine. I want you as my wife throughout all the years this lifespan of mine could offer. My long life is useless without you. Please be my wife for hundreds and thousands of years," Ferdinand asked again.
How could she say no when he was this sincere?
No, she had already made up her mind even before this. She merely wanted to give him the chance to back out and change his mind.
She once thought she was fine with dying in her normal human years.
But she doesn’t want to leave Ferdinand behind after all. She will stay with him until their lives end together once his lifespan maxes out or he decides he doesn’t need her anymore.
"I will. Please mark me, Ferdinand," she smiled and her husband gasped. He kissed her happily.
