Chapter 220: Strong Rejection [Bonus - ]
"You don’t have to worry. There were a lot of fun times too even when I was alone," Ferdinand assured her.
"Fun times?" Arabella looked into his eyes and almost gasped at the sight she saw.
It was a view from high up above. The mountain range was beautifully covered with white snow but it was desolate and lonely.
The cat-sized Ferdinand apparently grew to the size of a dog, soon to a colt, then a mature horse, and grew more with time as he was able to hunt more food.
He first experienced flying when he was the size of a colt. And as his body grew, his wingspan did as well until he was able to fly much higher, farther, and faster.
Ferdinand enjoyed flying once he learned he could fly.
There were a lot of times he fell face-first on the snow when he was still learning to fly and overexerted himself. But, he eventually got better at it with time, until he could soar the skies as he pleased and hunt as much as he wanted.
"I see. I’m relieved you were still able to have some fun," Arabella smiled and she earned another kiss.
[So cute. I want her to think about me more.]
Ferdinand showered Arabella with kisses until she told him to stop since they were not even done talking yet.
[I did meet my wife because that bastard sent me to Valeria. With Arabella as my wife, even if she doesn’t feel for me as much as I do for her yet, I can say now that I am glad I was created. I got to meet someone I can cherish and value so much. If I had died all those times I wanted to die, I wouldn’t have had the chance to meet her.]
