Xie Zhang’s expression changed slightly, but even as board members began to enter the room, he kept his gaze fixed on Bian Yue, unmoved, "You say I’m cold-blooded?"

Bian Yue didn’t want to respond to Xie Zhang, as things had come to this point, and it was clear they could no longer be friends.
But obviously, Xie Zhang didn’t want to leave.
With no other choice but to respond to Xie Zhang’s questioning with indifference, Bian Yue said, "The meeting is about to start; let’s not start an argument in public, shall we?"
Xie Zhang looked disappointed, "Bian Yue, I really don’t know how you can be so rational. Everyone has their biases. Are our past affections not enough for you to stand by my side?"
