Wang Dan’an looked at Bian Yue in surprise and uncertainty, clearly startled by her suggestion.
He hesitated, wanting to speak but stopping himself, before uncertainly asking, "Invite... everyone outside to come in?"
"Yes, isn’t it a competition? Then it should be fair, just, and open," Bian Yue responded matter-of-factly.
Wang Dan’an didn’t want to escalate the matter, but he couldn’t find a reason to refuse Bian Yue’s proposal on the spot.
Sitting in the back, Zhuang Boqi smiled and chimed in, "This young lady makes a good point. Since it’s a competition, let’s invite everyone in from outside. This way, everyone can watch together, and no one can accuse me of favoring my disciple."
Anny looked nervously at Bian Yue, not understanding the purpose behind her abrupt suggestion.
On the stage, Su Youxue sneered, looked at Bian Yue with a meaningful mockery, "President Bian, why make such a big fuss? If you end up losing, it will be quite an embarrassing loss."
"The embarrassment remains to be seen, it’s too early to tell now," Bian Yue replied calmly. "Unless you’re afraid of losing too terribly, is that why you dare not?"
Assertively, Bian Yue returned all the sarcastic remarks Su Youxue had made right back to her.
