Chapter 358: Olivia’s Story
Originally Olivia didn’t even know that her father existed because her mother always told her that her father died in a car accident, but when she turned 19, her father secretly contacted her.
Turns out her father was alive and had cancer, and he wanted to see his daughter for one last time.
Olivia was stunned when she first met her father but the yearning for her father made her unable to hold back and from then on, Olivia started meeting her father secretly.
Every afternoon from that day, Olivia would meet her father and would be in a good mood.
One day her mother discovered her secret and just when Olivia thought that her mother would scold her, her mother asked for her father’s whereabouts.
Olivia at first remained silent but when her mother started crying, Olivia finally revealed her father’s location.
What happened next stunned her.
Her mother hugged her father the moment they met.
It was then that Olivia realized that her mother and father didn’t divorce because of any misunderstanding or polygamy, it was because of some mysterious reason.
Olivia understood this because she heard their conversation in which Olivia’s father kept on talking in a cryptic tone such as,
"Don’t worry, I have erased my trace, they won’t be able to track me this time."
