Yu Mei took a deep breath, composing herself before speaking.
"Ji Hui, please stop this. We’re here to celebrate, not to create more conflicts."
Ji Hui, still fueled by her conviction, refused to back down.

Yu Mei’s smile wavered slightly, but she quickly regained her composure.
