Chapter 289: What If They Get Involved?
I walked through the door feeling fucking hot and out of breath, I had a run for hours and I was back home by midnight but that still didn’t ease or stop my blood from plumping. What Emma displayed was an innocent attempt to her but she had no idea how much of the beast she awoke. How could she start something and not finish it? Why did she even start? Dear god this girl is gonna be the death of me, does she have any idea how much I was trying to control myself at that moment? Just how much I was ready to let my animalistic mind take over?
After her protest, I had no choice but to keep it in, cage it, and ignore it to the point I felt like shifting in front of her. There was no way I can stay in the same room as her so I bolted, I fucking blurred away and allowed my beast to take over in the wild. I knew she would be sad right now because I left just like that but it’s not like she gave me a choice. god! Now I don’t know how I will face her, I just hope she understands.
I was at my breaking point here and I thought running in my beast form would at least calm me down but no it didn’t! It was like adding fuel to the damn fire, I was igniting here.
"Oh you’re back," Emilia said on the couch eating some chips as she kept her eyes on me and then lowered. Did I mention I was naked?
"Wow, why are you stimulated?"
"Dare I say why"
Her eyes shone in amusement and I knew she wanted to know more, trust Emilia to always find everything interesting and use it to tease or torment. I call it torment because it would be coming from her. "What happened? Your Female turned you down?" she mused just at the main topic.
I opened my mouth to speak but the words didn’t come off me because who am I to deny the fact that it didn’t happen? I only just clenched my teeth and my hands in a tight fists. I guess that action of mine was enough to tell her everything, I was like a fucking open book without her even trying to read my mind.
"Oh I bet she did, tell me more!"
"Shut up!" I growled as I went up the stairs to ignore her but her laughter didn’t ease it at all. But then I halted as a sigh escaped me.
"Emilia"
