What the fuck did I just say? Oh my god! I covered my mouth with both hands, we were talking about the fact I called him babe and in my head several names I was planning to tease him with were flushing through my brain and one of them made their way to my mouth.
"What did you just call me?" he mused but I couldn’t read him properly. I had a habit of reading him through his eyes but right now those were covered in shades so I rushed out. "Where are you going?" he laughed but I needed a way to calm my nerves and mostly my cheeks.
"Fuck fuck fuck!" I chanted under my breath, I called him Tiger, TIGER! I mean he’s a werelion aren’t they similar? I shook my head, that was definitely not the name I should be calling my boyfriend, what if he doesn’t like it? I mean I just said it out randomly but I kinda like it. I shook my head again coming to a stop, slapping my cheeks to relieve myself, that was when I pivoted and spotted something.
"Emma!" Dace came forth. "Why are you running?"
I pointed.
"What?" he asked before moving his eyes to the bookstore I pointed to, he faced me and raised an eyebrow.
"Can we go?" I asked like a child asking for candy because I knew this was not just a bookstore but the sideline store beside it that had MANGA.
"You want a book?"
"Not just any book" I was jumping now as I rushed in.
