BLOOD LEGACIES

Chapter 66: Cloud 9

DACE

~

My angel couldn’t fight sleep and I was more than willing to go for yet another taste, she tasted wonderful just like her scent just like I knew she would, fuck! It was even better! Everything about her was like a drug to me, I was overly addicted, and keeping a sane mind whenever I was with her was highly impossible, not with her sweet arousal around her, mixing with her delicious scent.

I have always hated the special gift I had because I could sniff out what a person was in less than a second, but right now I was thankful because nothing was better than taking in the delicate fragrance of this sleeping beauty.

I gently laid her on my bed, careful not to stir her awake. She looks so peaceful sleeping and I liked it to remain that way. She must be tired, not just from our wonderful play but from the study. Although I knew it was hard for her to concentrate without gawking at me with those beautiful eyes of hers, I knew she was trying her hardest, she needed the rest.

I pulled her jean skirt down, hoping I won’t stare or I might lose it again, she can’t wear her panties. It was a mess, she was safe in my room but still, this didn’t sit quite well with me, I haven’t told her that this was a clan house.

This part of the mansion might belong to us, but the other house belonged to my clan, I could already imagine her shaking at the thought of a pack full of werelions here, I don’t want my baby to be scared ever again, fear was not a thing for her, I have experienced it first hand, the look she gave me when I tore that vampire apart was something I didn’t want to see from her again, the mere thought of it still made me tensed.

I have never considered human feelings before, not until Emma, this fear of her leaving me or hating me was something I have never experienced, I never gave a shit, we were proud creatures, ancient and strong.

I pulled some strands of her curly strawberry hair that were the highlight of her beauty further, god she was so beautiful, more pretty with those lovable freckles spreading against her face that I wanted to rain with kisses.

I leisurely took off her glasses before placing them on the nightstand, not too far but within reach, I knew she couldn’t see without them, it was odd to have something like a weak sight, I have never bothered with such before or sickness, humans had so many qualities when it came to illness, too bad.
