Chapter 41: Such Craziness
"Such a silly girl I am," I whispered.
"A crazy and recalcitrant guy" he mused, our faces drawing closer like it was drawn on every outline that this closeness cannot wait "I’m already entirely consumed by you Emma" he spoke, his hot breath gracing my face and I welcomed it, everything about him was heat itself, intense heat like I’m being greased by flames, his body temperature was like a burning iron and each time it touched my skin I feel like I’m burned, I feel like I’m marked by his ardent heat.
"You still haven’t given me an answer, Emma"
"Yes", but wait! What did I just say yes to? What was his question again?
"Good, after the school trip I will take you out on a date"
I blushed ferociously, my face probably red without me looking at it I was certain. That was it! When he asked me about a date, I just said yes to that. I can’t believe I just said YES! Does this mean...
"D-D-Does t-t-this m-mean we..." I tried to speak but my words were a mess, my heart was a mess and the feeling within me all rumbled inside, Dace made me feel things that were a mix of craziness and ardent pleasure, my mere insides thrilled whenever he was beside me, chills all over my body, I would never get use to this, it always seems to electrify me. Does he feel it too? What is he doing to me? How much I simply lose my mind when I’m around him, how every corner of the world seems to disappear when I’m with him.
"What?" he chuckled, awaiting me to speak and I realized I haven’t finished my words. Speak Emma, speak!
"D-Does this m-mean w-w-we... we’re..." I licked my lips. "D-Does it mean you’re m-my b-boyfriend?" I said the last part so low that I couldn’t even hear myself. Please let it be he heard me because I couldn’t repeat myself or I might pass out, the blood was rushed to my head already.
