Chapter 68: A heated kiss
VALENCIA’S POV
"Okay," I started to stand from my place, but before I could, Shadow used his werewolf speed and appeared right in front of me.
"You must be feeling shy. Let me help you with that," He said before he bent, his lips brushing across my earlobe.
My toes curled involuntarily at his proximity as the ambiguous position we were in earlier appeared in my head while he snuck his hand around my waist, pulling me close before he lifted me up and placed me on the table.
I looked at him, confused.
He was deliberately complicating things for me. Why was he making it look like it was some big deal when it wasn’t?
"What kind of help? I don’t need any help in kissing you on the cheeks. It’s easy-" I started, but Shadow smirked before placing his finger on my lips.
"Who said I want a kiss on the cheeks? Since the help is bigger this time, don’t you think the kiss shall be bigger too?" He asked, and I furrowed my brows.
"What do you mean?" I scowled at him.
There is no way he was trying to demand my first kiss, was he? I am not going to kiss him on the lips for sure.
’You don’t want to give him your first kiss, or is it that you are afraid once you kiss him on the lips, there will be no going back anymore?’ Aurora asked, and I paused.
