Chapter 50: Arousing situation
VALENCIA’S POV
[Good morning, Princess.] I read the message as soon as I woke up and sighed.
Whoever this person was, was either completely mad or trying to make me go crazy.
[There is nothing good about this morning.] I replied groggily before dragging my body to freshen up.
’Today is our first day,’ Aurora chimed in as I brushed my teeth.
’First day after surviving the life threatening incident?’ I looked at my reflection, pulling down my shirt to see if the black ink stain was still there.
It was barely visible now.
’First day of our friendship with Shadow. Let’s see how he treats us,’ She said, and I rolled my eyes at her.
You can expect my wolf to act like it wasn’t the first day of our friendship but was some kind of relationship.
After quickly bathing and dressing up, I descended the stairs, furrowing my brows when I noticed the breakfast was already on the table with a note near it.
"Eat well. Leaving early for the meeting." The note was precise and I shrugged before gobbling the food.
