VALENCIA’S POV
’What was that all about?" Aurora asked me, and I gulped, unsure of what to say.
’How would I know? You tell me what was that?’ I asked her and she paused.
There was no answer from her side for some time.
’I don’t know. It just felt right. Like we had some kind of connection in that moment he rubbed his nose on us. Is it even possible? We are not his mate,’ Aurora said.
I shook my head.
’It might be something related to how we are not exactly a wolf and a cat right now and have been interacting with him a hell lot. That is the only plausible explanation,’ I said and Aurora hummed.

"What now, Aurora?" I asked before realizing that it wasn’t Aurora’s voice.
It was someone else.
Could it be that someone from the rogue team actually followed me here?
